Excursion Sugarcane factory Cardenas

You will visit the sugarcane mill « « José Smith Comas » in Cardena's municipality. It is a guided visit with a detailed explanation of the sugarcane explanation in the mill.

You will taste the sugarcane juice called « Guarapo ». You will visit a sugar cane conditioning center and see workers cutting the sugar cane with « machetes ».

You will have a unique experience when you will take a steam train from the beginning of the XXth century up to Cardenas Train Station. This excursion includes also a City tour of Cardenas town and its beautiful monuments.
